In order to qualify for the Refund, customer must: (a) contact Dr. Jackie Black at 1 866 419 5928 within the U.S. or 001 866 419 5928 outside the U.S. prior to the 10th day following the date on which customer ordered service or product for which customer is seeking the Refund, (b) remove/destroy any soft products, files, documents the customer received for this purchase from, and (c) request the Refund pursuant to this program.

Refunds will not be applied to accounts that are past-due or when the conditions for payment of the Refund are not met. Refund will be applied to the credit card on file or, for all other payment methods. Refunds will only be made to the name, address, and credit card account on file for the account.
